Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at info@mookoa.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
📌 Important:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
- If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@mookoa.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for personal care products.
Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
❌ Customized or made-to-order products
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at info@mookoa.com with photos within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will review the case and offer a resolution as soon as possible.
